Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at vetsgear@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
